In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations adopted by the European Parliament on April 27, 2016, and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, known as “Informatique et Libertés” amended by Law No. 2018-493 of January 20, June 2018, inov3PT informs users of the elements covered in the following points.

2. Storage of personal data and retention period
The data collected is kept for a limited period, depending on the purpose of the processing. Also, this data will be destroyed as follows :
no later then one year after the event has passed, unless the person has requested that their personal data not be kept
the data is deleted as soon as the User resquests the deletion of her/his personal data (via the contact form)
The data relating to the single payment (credit card number, card expiry date, cryptogram) is kept until full payment.

3. Rights of access, opposition, correction and deletion of personal data
The User of the site is informed that she/he has a right of access, opposition, rectification, limitation and deletion of this personal data according to the terms and conditions of the legislation in force.
As such, she/he may require the rectification, completion, clarification, updating or deletion of information concerning her/him which is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated or whose collection or use, communication or storage is prohibited.
Each User may exercise these rights at any time by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer of inov3PT, at the following address: xxx, providing proof of their identity, in particular by producing a scan of their valid identity document.
In this case, the Data Controller undertakes to provide it with information on the measures taken as soon as possible, and in any event, within one month of receipt of the request. If necessary, this period may be extended by two months, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests. The Data Controller informs the applicant of this extension and the reasons for the postponement within one month of receipt of the request.
No personal information of the User of the site is published without his knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties, from the EU or a third country.
4. Complaint to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL)
If the user finds that inov3pt is not respecting its obligations with regard to its personal data, it can address a complaint or a request to the CNIL which is the competent authority in France.
